Unmarked Territory

Stepping into the unknown is one of the scariest things we as humans have done since the beginning of time. We have even taken over what does not belong to us. This act has come with consequences that no one could have thought imaginable. We live with the results of the past; our past. The grandfather clock hands go round and round as time evolves into something that is growing and transforming into an open space. An open space that includes time and people that don't know what to do with it. We run around as if time cannot and will not catch up to us. But, in reality, we cannot keep up with time. Time is something that we will always want more of. Stepping into your present with an outlook on your now as an opportunity for your future is one that would be of great benefit. What I mean by this is that tomorrow is not promised to anyone. If you walk into your day with it being unmarked territory, new opportunity, and another chance, then you will make the most out of what is given. If we realized the blessing that new beginnings are, then we wouldn't be afraid to take that risk.
You must press into the grind. The thing that most people regret is not using their time wisely or wasting their time. We "waste" time on certain people, habits, situations, and things that we know are not doing us any good. As time keeps moving forward you will be the one stuck if you continue this behavior. You may even find yourself stagnant in your endeavors. You will see the results of your past reveal themselves in your now.

However, knowing better and doing better is a sign of growth. We see many people stuck in the same cycle or do the same thing expecting different results. I heard this was insanity. If you change how you go about a situation because you see that in the past what you had been doing had not gotten you the results that you desire, then this is what I consider real growth. You get so comfortable in situations that you have been in before, so you find yourself going right back to what scarred you. There really is no time to waste and nothing should have that power. So, step into your new space with a vision. Know that you have a purpose in this life. We may not know what is ahead, but we can step into that opportunity ready to prosper. There is a scripture, Matthew 6:34 that states, "Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own." I found this to be so true. You must maximize the time and opportunity that you have. It can be easier said than done, but you must see what is already there. Potential is there, but Man was called to Cultivate.
